For many organizations, the issue does not start with technology, but with frustration. These are not visible innovations, but they are the choices that prevent a lot of operational noise. <\/p>\n\n One of the most underestimated benefits is that documents no longer roam around through email attachments or local desktops. Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive make it possible to collaborate from a single source. This reduces errors, prevents duplicate versions and makes knowledge less dependent on individual employees. <\/p>\n\n That only works if the structure is right. Without agreements about teams, permissions and storage, a new environment can just as easily turn into a digital junk drawer.
