Why Copilot is disappointing without preparation
Copilot searches through everything that an employee can also reach. That is the power and immediately the risk. In most Microsoft 365 environments , all kinds of things have been shared over the years: a folder that was “briefly” opened, a team that was never cleaned up, a site that everyone can access because it was more convenient at the time. As long as no one was looking for it, it didn’t stand out. Copilot does search, and summarizes it in plain language.
In addition, quality plays a role. Copilot draws on your documents. If there are three versions of the same quotation in SharePoint, he will randomly pick one. Messy data produces messy answers.

Yes, although the results in English are often slightly sharper. Dutch is perfectly useful for daily work in Word, Outlook and Teams. What matters more than the language is how you formulate the assignment: a vague question yields a vague answer, in any language.
That’s possible. That’s why we recommend a small-group pilot before purchasing licenses for everyone. If it turns out not to be profitable, then you have issued a few licenses instead of an obligation for your entire workforce. We also just say it when we think you’re not ready yet.
The technical part is often arranged in a few days. Cleaning up rights and data takes more time if it has not been looked at for a long time; That is the real deal at most companies.
