for ICT professional all-round
The spider in the web of our technology. You switch between support, projects and customer visits and you like the fact that no day is the same.
- Assist customers through the Microsoft 365 service desk and on-premise to network outages.
- Setting up, managing and improving workplaces, firewalls and backups.
- Participate in migration and security projects, from plan to completion.
- Thinking ahead with the customer: where will things get stuck and how do we prevent that?
- An ICT background and a few years of experience in management or support.
- You explain technology in plain language, even to someone who is not an IT professional.
- Independent, curious and you get on with it without anyone asking.
- Driver's license B and good command of Dutch.
ICT Intern
Join our IT team. Help customers, learn something new every day and discover how IT really works in practice.
- Participate in our service desk and help customers with IT questions.
- Install workspaces and manage Microsoft 365 environments.
- Going along to customers for installations, malfunctions and projects.
- Participate in networks, firewalls, backups and security.
- You are following an MBO/HBO ICT course.
- You enjoy working with technology and people.
- You are curious and eager to learn new things.
- You pick things up independently and dare to ask questions.
Junior ICT professional
Diploma in my pocket and now really starting. You learn the trade with us on the inside, with a regular buddy who you take to customers
- Participating in the service desk: picking up questions and solving what you can already do.
- Preparing new laptops and workstations and rolling them out to customers.
- Join your buddy on a customer visit — look, ask questions and do more and more yourself.
- Get your first Microsoft certification in your first year. We pay, you learn.
- A completed ICT education (MBO 4 or HBO) internship counts as experience.
- Eager to learn and not afraid to ask how something works.
- You enjoy talking to people, not just machines.
- Driving license B is a plus, not a must.
