What you will do
You will work at our service desk and go on the road to customers in and around Zeewolde. One day you help someone with a Microsoft 365 question, the next day you prepare new workplaces or watch a network failure. You will have a permanent supervisor who will show you everything and let you do more and more yourself.
- Participate in the service desk and help customers with their IT questions.
- Installing and preparing workstations and laptops for customers.
- On the road to customers for installations, malfunctions and projects.
- Watching networks, firewalls, backups and security.
- Record what you do so that a colleague can take over tomorrow.
What we ask of you
You are following an ICT course and want to know how things work in practice. More important than what you can already do: that you are curious, dare to ask questions and enjoy working with people. Don’t tick everything? Apply anyway.
- You follow an ICT course at MBO or HBO level.
- You enjoy working with technology and with people.
- You are curious and dare to ask how something works.
- You pick things up independently as soon as you know what the intention is.
- You explain technology in plain language, even to someone who is not an IT professional.
