What you will do
You work for SMEs in and around Zeewolde. One day you help a customer with a network outage, the next day you roll out a Microsoft 365 migration. You are not a ticket processor — you think along.
- Helping customers via the service desk and on location of Microsoft 365 to network failures.
- Set up, manage and improve workplaces, firewalls and backups step by step.
- Participate in migration and security projects, from plan to completion.
- Thinking ahead with the customer: where will things get stuck and how do we prevent that?
- You document what you do so that a colleague can take over tomorrow.
What we ask of you
You have an ICT background and a few years of experience in management or support. More importantly, you explain technology in plain language and you follow through without anyone asking. Don’t tick everything? Apply anyway. We look just as closely at who you are and what you want to become.
- An ICT background (MBO 4 or HBO) and a few years of experience in management or support.
- You're familiar with Microsoft 365, Windows workplaces, and networking.
- You explain technology in plain language, even to someone who is not an IT professional.
- Independent, curious and you get on with it without anyone asking.
- Driver's license B and good command of Dutch.
