Our office is located in Zeewolde; via the A27 you can get there in about forty minutes, outside rush hour. Most of the work is done remotely, so you don’t notice much of it in practice. We come by for introductions, deliveries and the roll-out of new workplaces. We also include the peripheral municipalities in our working area, including Nieuwegein, Houten, De Bilt, Zeist and Maarssen. If you are just outside that ring, feel free to ask; We say it honestly when it doesn’t work practically.

That is possible, but not just like that. In a shared building, you often share an internet connection with companies you don’t know, and you have no control over the equipment in the meter cupboard. Our approach is then to put the security not on the network but on the devices and accounts: encrypted laptops, device management, multi-factor authentication and, where necessary, your own VPN or firewall behind the connection of the building. We then set it up properly right away: a domain and email addresses, Microsoft 365 with the correct licenses, device management on the laptops, multifactor authentication from day one and a backup that we test. This takes a little more attention at the beginning than creating a free email address, but it saves you a clean-up process later on. We deliberately keep it small: only what you need now, expandable when the time comes.
